The Big Rethink 2014 looked at meeting the challenge to make marketing feel personal to every customer. Customers empowered by digital technology expect marketing to provide value that is tailored to their interests and be delivered in a way that fits in seamlessly with their life. They want to receive relevant information and interaction at the right times in the right places.
Although marketers are meeting these demands in some respects, technological innovation in the next 5 years will drive higher consumer expectations and provide new opportunities for marketers to engage people in more personal ways.
At this years Big Rethink top speakers discussed how to make marketing more personal and speakers from outside marketing shared surprising perspectives and new ideas.
